The open window for booking hotels at the conference rate has closed but you can still obtain the conference rate of $69/night by making your reservation using the "Best available rate" and then sending an email to AJ Arevalo <aarevalo@magnoliahotels.com> with the subject DCC12 Conference Rate requesting the conference rate of $69/night, the hotel will manually change the rate to the conference rate.

The conference will provide transportation to and from College Station airport and the conference hotel to to meet all flights. This is included in the conference registration fee.
